For me, the unexpected came in the form of arthritis in my knee, a condition that ultimately ended my career as a locksmith—a trade I had passionately pursued for years. What began as a daunting challenge, however, became an incredible opportunity for reinvention, growth, and leadership.

Through their support, I realized that my experience working with people, solving complex problems, and managing high-pressure situations could translate into a new field: Sales & Marketing, I knew first hand the challenges of running a small business, and I felt inspired to help others navigate their journeys too.

As my career flourished, I became more involved with the Career Coach Directory community. I connected with other coaches, participated in workshops, and contributed ideas to improve the platform. My dedication didn’t go unnoticed.

In time, I was offered a management role within the organization. Transitioning from one Business to another was an exciting chapter in my journey.
